Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. - Sabrina Larmey
Owner Coach
Sabrina Larmey is Professor Alex’s wife. Sabrina may be greeting you at the front desk but don’t underestimate her! Sabrina is a multiple deployment Army Combat Veteran, Tactical Combatives Instructor, and a mother of 3 who has been around the martial arts world for the last 13 years. The combination of being a licensed massage therapist, having a BA in Criminal Justice, working at the Kennewick Police Department, and 14 years of military experience means she is more than just “Alex’s Wife” and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Staff.

Professor Alex “Evol Octopus” Larmey is a 1st Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. Alex is also a former Army Officer, Disabled Combat Veteran, Master Combatives Instructor, C4C-PJJ Level 5 adjunct instructor, and Professional Submission Grappler with over 100+ wins in dozens of rulesets and major promotions. Alex has over 15 years experience training thousands of Soldiers, Law Enforcement Officers, Professional Fighters, Private Security and Everyday people in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Combatives, and Defensive Tactics. Most importantly Alex is a leader in the community and a father of 3. Alex has a contagious level of passion that forces the best out of people whether they are 4 years old or 60!
